Our Story

Next Step Living was built on a simple belief: everyone deserves the right to live independently, with confidence, purpose and support.

As a family-run NDIS provider in Sydney, our journey began with a passion for making a difference in the lives of people with disability. We saw firsthand how the right disability support can transform not just someone’s daily routine, but their wellbeing, confidence and future.

From those experiences, we set out to build something different - a service that doesn’t feel clinical or transactional but feels like home. A place where participants are respected, supported and empowered to take their next step forward.

We started small, with a dedicated team and strong values: compassion, trust and real connection. Today, we continue to grow, providing a wide range of disability services, from daily personal support, home care services, SIL, and community participation.
